Safe use of DAA

D-aspartic acid, commonly known as DAA or D-aspartate, is a non-essential amino acid which regulates the production of testosterone in male genitals. This amino acid can be used as a remarkable supplement in men suffering from infertility issues and other deficient male characteristics. For dedicated bodybuilders and athletes, the DAA supplement can help improve the ripped look by promoting faster muscle gain and enormous body strength.

Mode of action:

DAA is naturally produced in the body and do not need to be externally supplemented from any other food source. But there can be biological deficits in the body that may not promote the adequate amount of D-aspartic acid needed to stimulate muscle growth. In such cases, there is always an alternate option that scientists and researchers have thought of to supplement the deficit amount of DAA in the body from outside sources. A perennial plant belonging to the grape family called Cissus quadrangularis contains several important phytochemicals of which carotenoids, triterpenes, ascorbic acid and D-aspartic acid are the predominant ones. This plant has been a part of traditional Ayurvedic and Siddha medicines for thousands of years to heal bone injuries and cure ligament and tendon tear.

D-aspartic acid stimulates the part of central nervous system associated with senses of vision, hearing, sleep or wake, alertness and regulation of body temperature. The mid brain in turn induces the production of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and human growth hormone (hGH). When the release of these activated hormones accelerates, DAA initiates a biochemical sequence that can ultimately help in the abundant synthesis of testosterone in the Leydig cells. This is how DAA can act as a natural booster of testosterone hormone if supplemented properly during biological deficits.

What is the significance of DAA inside the body?

In different studies and evidences, D-aspartic acid has shown promising results in the enhancement of sperm quality, production and motility. University of Naples conducted a study on the functioning of DAA in the body and found out that effectively stimulates the mid brain region that induces release of luteinizing hormone in large amounts. Due to stimulation of CNS, it is even believed to play a crucial role in the cognitive functions and memory clarity. Other study reports show how 3 grams of daily supplementation of DAA in the body can result in a 40% increased production of testosterone in just 12 days. Such a staggering elevation in the male hormone secretion and thereby gift you with massive energy and improved sexual performance.

When you are exogenously supplying D-aspartic acid or any other supplements, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum dose limit and not to discontinue the plan within suggested period of drug exposure. Results may vary from one person to another depending on these two factors apart from individual resistance power and genetic constitution. Cissus quadrangularis is a medicinal plant that provides you with high concentrations of DAA which can be easily supplemented in the form of tablets or liquid tinctures. The safe dosage plan ranges between 1 to 2 months, followed by a 2-4 weeks off before resuming the plan for another 2 months. Clinical evidences prove that DAA works wonders in males suffering from low levels of sperm production by elevating libido and muscle strength.
